WELCOME TO REV. BOB WRIGHT:
We warmly welcome the Rev. Bob Wright and his wife Pat, to Parkwoods. Rev. Bob has accepted the appointment as Supply Minister of Parkwoods United Church for the next three months, effective July 1st. Bob is a retired high school teacher and Principal and has been in ministry for 9 years. Bob was appointed, then settled and ordained at a 3 point rural charge at Keady, Kilsyth and North Derby 6 miles South West of Owen Sound. He has served as a supply minister at Aurora United Church and as the intentional interim minister at Victoria Park United Church. He brings many gifts to this ministry including a warm and approachable disposition. His keen interest in pastoral care and his qualifications in this field were considered important for supply ministry at Parkwoods. |
